PRIVACY POLICY:

Any information provided to HI-LIGHT (name, address, phone number, e-mail, etc) is used for the sole purpose of your order or inquiry. Please be assured that this information will not be shared with anyone. You will not be contacted by e-mail other than in response to your inquiry.

RETURNS/REFUNDS:

HI-LIGHT has taken every effort to offer you the best quality merchandise at the best possible price. If for any reason you are unhappy with your selection simply return it within 14 days for a full refund less any shipping and handling charges. Your charge account will be credited within 48 hours of receipt of your return if paid by charge. If paid by check, a refund check will be mailed to you promptly. Please note the following conditions:
1. Contact HI-LIGHT for a return authorization number prior to returning your purchase.
2. All merchandise must be returned in its original packaging and in its original condition will ALL parts, packaging and paperwork intact.
3. We can NOT ACCEPT any items returned that have been installed.
4. Special order merchandise and/or custom merchandise can not be returned. Please inquire before ordering if you have any questions regarding your purchase.
5. Your return must be shipped prepaid at your expense. We will not accept any merchandise shipped back C.O.D. and will refuse such shipments.

SHIPPING:

Most merchandise is shipped within two weeks of acknowledgement via UPS. Custom orders and certain other fixtures might take a bit longer. HI-LIGHT will notify you via e-mail usually within 48 hours after receipt of your order with the approximate shipping date. All shipping costs are billed to your order FOB our warehouse in Yonkers, New York. In certain cases where an item is being shipped direct from the manufacturer, shipping costs will apply from that point.

SHIPPING DAMAGE/PRODUCT INSPECTION:

Please inspect your purchase carefully. If an item appears to be damaged in transit please note this to the driver when signing for your package and contact HI-LIGHT within 24 hours of delivery. We will replace any parts as soon as possibled.

CANCELLATIONS:

Cancellations will be accepted prior to shipping your order on any in stock merchandise. All custom or special order are non-cancellable. Once an item has been shipped, please refer to our RETURNS/REFUNDS policy.

TAXES:

HI-LIGHT does not collect a sales tax on orders shipped outside New York State. Within New York the applicable sales tax will be added to your order total. Any sales tax due for out of state deliveries is the responsibility of the purchaser.

WARRANTEES:

Be assured that we carry only top quality merchandise from the most reputable companies. HI-LIGHT honors all manufacturer warrantees. If any item proves to be defective, contact HI-LIGHT's customer service and we will do our best to assist you with your problem. Please note that no reimbursements can be made for any charges incurred by the consumer at any time as a result of such defect, such as labor, installation charges, etc.

TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS/PRODUCT UNAVAILABILITY/PRICE INCREASES:

We have taken every effort to provide you with accurate information. In the event of any error in sizes, pricing or availiblity, you will be notified within 24 hours of receipt of your order. We reserve the right to limit quantities or cancel or refuse any orders due to unavailiblity or pricing errors. In all such cases you will be notified by e-mail within 24 hours of receipt of your order.
